I heard about a year ago that his house was using power from non-renewable energy, however for just a little bit more moeny he could have been using power from renewable energy.

I also heard he has several SUV's and he takes a private jet every where he goes. I would think he would be looking at altenate ways to travel and you bring out a good point on his home energy.

I think if he wanted to promote better environmental policies, he would do a better job of getting the message out through cheaper documentaries and books. On a personal note, I feel he could have easily won the 2000 election if he wasn't so far left and more of a centrist like Clinton.

I think Al Gore set himself back quite a bit by not practicing what he preaches. Saving energy in particular is pretty easy to do for the most part, and good for the wallet too.

Kenneth your correct in that it doesnt take a lot of effort to save energy. Especially at his level. He could really make him self shine by taking coach on flights, buying fuel effecient cars, and things like that.They would get in the news and he would be a hero, but I think he is to dumb even to do that.
