Here's a direct quote from the website:

"Here's what Rep. McGovern had to say about endorsing Hillary's campaign:

McGovern, a six-term Democrat, said he chose to support Clinton largely because of her potential to make history: If she wins in 2008, Clinton would become the nation's first female president."

What an astronomically inept rationale for endorsement!! What about qualifications, character or any other reasons of quantitative substance? So rather than selecting the best person for the job, the American electorate should base their vote on the individuals sexual orientation...SO IT WILL MAKE HISTORY? Who does Mr. McGovern think we are....lemmings? If I decide to cast my vote for Hillary Clinton it certainly won't be because she's female, or because it would "make history", no more than I'd vote for Lassie because we haven't put a collie in the White House. The American electorate deserves better reasons than those to elevate a person to the most important job on the pl

Worldnet Daily reports: "Bill and Hillary Clinton head an all-star cast of witnesses in a lawsuit by business mogul Peter Franklin Paul that alleges the former president reneged on a $17 million deal in which he promised to promote a business in exchange for massive contributions to his wife's Senate campaign.

Excerpt from a sworn statement of Paul give the flavor:

- "Through the Secret Service, I arranged for a private meeting with the Clintons at the National Italian American Dinner in Washington in 1994, where my then-client, 'Fabio,' chased Hillary Clinton around a conference table and then physically lifted the First Lady, from her sitting position on the floor, for a series of romance-pose photographs."
