This is just another of the endless examples of the hypocrisy and blatant disregard for the law that the Bush administration lives by. He plays politics with the lives of our young men and women who actually love and respect our country and constitution and he does it all in the name of god....the true nature of a coward and a man who cares more about his money then the true patriots who are willing to give their lives for our freedom. And those who still support this pathetic excuse for a leader simply because he is a republican are nothing but Nazis in sheep's clothing and don't know the first thing about what it means to be a free American.

Sorry Jack, but I think the pardon of Scooter Libby was unjust. Clearly it was proven that he violated the law, by obstruction of justice and perjury. He was proven guilty by a jury of his peers in court, and given a sentence that analysts say is average for the crime.

If we believe the sentence for what he did to be excessive, then we should work to reduce the sentencing standards that these judges are bound by. What bothers me is that Scooter got out of jail free, while there are documented cases of other people out there with similar circumstances who did not. Lets have a standard of justice that is the same for everyone. We can't just be tough on crime, and then hand out pardons when the law is tough on our friends. If the law is going to be tough, make it tough for everyone. Else change the law.
